Composite report

All recorded data for a given strain within our collection may be viewed in table format on a single page; this composite report format provides a means of organizing TRIPLES data sets by clone ID. To illustrate, we may obtain composite reports of strains carrying a transposon insertion within the CIK1 gene by initiating a general search using the gene name "CIK1". The resulting data table contains two entries corresponding to strains carrying transposon insertions within the CIK1 gene; note each strain is carrying an identical insertion at codon 69. We may now view a composite report for either of these two strains by clicking on a highlighted clone ID. For example, clicking on "V21H4" generates a composite report accumulating expression, localization, and phenotypic data for this clone. To obtain further background data regarding CIK1, links have been provided to corresponding entries within GenBank and SGD; additionally, full phenotypic, localization, and expression data is provided.
